I begin Day Two by checking out of one motel and visiting another. This one is the infamous Lorraine Motel...The sight of Martin Luther King Jr's murder. It's become a museum and looks exactly as you've seen it on tv and in books. Alone at 7:30am, i walk up to it and can't help but feel a wave of chills...you feel like you're in the newsreel with him and are transported back in time.
One of those places, you have to see and experience in your own way, it's quite powerful.
